These terms apply to your use of arielstowing.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Ariel’s Auto Repair and Towing LLC, doing business as Ariel’s Towing & Recovery (“Ariel’s,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using this website
The Site gives general information about our towing, roadside assistance and junk car buying services in Garwood and Union County, NJ. You may use it for lawful purposes only. Please do not misuse the Site, try to interfere with it, or submit false or misleading information through any form.
2. Towing and roadside requests
Information on the Site is not a contract for service. Prices, availability and response times depend on your location, the vehicle, the equipment needed, traffic and weather. Any price we give before service is an estimate. It may change when we arrive if the situation is different from what was described to us, such as the vehicle’s condition, its location or the equipment needed. Payment is discussed with you before service begins.
Submitting a request through a form on the Site does not guarantee that a truck will be dispatched or arrive by a specific time. If you need help right away, call us at (908) 398-1705.
3. Junk car quotes
A quote or cash offer for a junk car is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is subject to verification of the vehicle, its condition and ownership documentation, and the offer may change on arrival if the vehicle is different from what was described. Submitting a quote request does not obligate you or Ariel’s to complete a sale.
4. Information you send us
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request the service. You agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Emergencies
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. The Site is not an emergency service.
6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or out-of-date details. Services, service areas and hours can change. Please call to confirm anything that matters to your decision.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as Google Maps or an online payment provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8. Ownership of content
The text, photos, logo and design on the Site belong to Ariel’s or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reuse or redistribute them without our written permission.
9. Limits on liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariel’s is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from your use of the Site or from relying on information on it. These terms apply to use of the Site. Services we perform for you are provided on the terms discussed with you at the time of service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
